Owais Qazi has been practicing law for over 10 years. He is licensed in California and several federal courts. His practice has been focused on business and immigration law. He has represented individuals, businesses and investors from around the world in their pursuit of settling in the United States. At his practice, he has worked with small and large businesses in their compliance goals relevant to application of immigration law. He also has extensive experience in family based immigration law. Owais has also represented cases before the federal appellate courts.

 

Aside from that, Owais has completed mediation courses and has also provided mediation services in civil court. Owais has also engaged in many non-profit and pro-bono projects in the community such as participation in clinics that offer free legal assistance, counseling victims of crimes, and work as guardian-at-litem.
